About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure (SD‑WAN, dedicated links, LAN and Wireless).
- Administer wireless networks for remote locations and branch offices.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Ensure system security and connectivity in collaboration with other teams.
- Act as the direct interface with telecom carriers for link management (ordering, cancellations and timeline tracking).
- Initiate, approve and execute GMUDs (Change Management).
Requirements
- Education: Completed degree in Networking, IT or related fields.
- Technical knowledge: Experience with routing, switching, wired networks, site-to-site (L2L) links, MPLS and Dedicated IP.
- Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence (you will interact with multiple internal areas and external vendors).
- Profile: Proactivity, constructive nonconformity and a strong solution focus.
- Differentials:
- Previous experience at telecommunications operators (Vivo, Claro, TIM, Oi, etc.).
- Familiarity with specific technologies: Cisco Umbrella, Palo Alto, FirePower, Cisco Viptela (SD‑WAN), DNA Center, SolarWinds or WAF (Imperva).
