Responsibilities
Directly lead the coordinators of the LDR, SDR, and Closers teams
Ensure alignment between demand generation, qualification, and closing
Develop leadership and strengthen the autonomy of the sales organization
Be responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets
Monitor and optimize sales funnel performance metrics
Ensure revenue predictability and accurate forecasting
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify bottlenecks and propose structural improvements to the sales process
Structure and refine sales processes, routines, and playbooks
Define and adjust prospecting cadences and commercial outreach
Ensure a high technical standard in commercial interactions
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience (CX)
Translate market feedback into product, positioning, and commercial approach improvements
Implement management and development rituals with the team
Build and develop a high-performance sales team
Requirements
Proven experience leading commercial teams in technology companies (preferably SaaS)
Experience with B2B consultative sales
Strong data orientation and focus on performance metrics
Ability to translate analysis into concrete actions
Experience developing leaders and sales teams
Ability to operate across strategy and operations
