Wellbeing Engagement Manager driving client engagement and fostering wellness culture in Romania. Collaborating with teams to implement strategies and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Customer Success Senior Manager to design and implement strategies and tactical initiatives that drive stronger client engagement in Wellhub.
Drive strategies to grow the reachable market through HR communication channels, and lead the WE Team to deliver results consistently and successfully.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients in Romania, supporting them in advancing their wellbeing agenda and fostering a culture of wellbeing.
Leverage Wellhub’s global best practices and communication tools, adapting strategies for the Romanian market and optimizing client engagement channels
Support internal communication channels and HR culture strategies in companies of different sizes, sectors, and audiences
Provide guidance and training to local Client Success teams on wellbeing activation strategies and best practices
Assist with ad hoc strategic projects across different areas as needed.

Requirements
5–7+ years of proven work experience in related positions
Familiar with the wellness, fitness, and HR sectors across Romania and other European markets
Comfortable working at both a strategic level and rolling up sleeves for hands-on execution
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully
Outstanding verbal and written communicator, able to thrive and adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Native Romanian with excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in other European languages would be a significant advantage.
