About the role
- AWS Cloud Engineer in hybrid role managing cloud infrastructures. Planning and optimizing AWS services while ensuring high availability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implementation and management of infrastructure in AWS with a focus on Terraform
- Development and optimization of cloud infrastructure
- Ensuring security, high availability and performance in distributed cloud and on‑premises environments
- Analysis and troubleshooting of network and connectivity issues
Requirements
- Vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification
- Experience automating and managing central AWS cloud infrastructures with a focus on Terraform
- Interest in DevOps, automation, CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) as well as Configuration-as-Code (CaC) using Terraform, Terragrunt, Git, GitLab, Ansible, etc.
