About the role

  • QA Engineer implementing AI-assisted testing to maintain quality standards at Podimo, a podcast and audiobook platform. Collaborating across teams using E2E automation in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain E2E test automation across backend, web, Android, and iOS
  • Collaborate with engineers from day one: review acceptance criteria, catch gaps early, close the loop fast
  • Monitor quality dashboards and investigate issues through logs and observability tooling. Turn real user issues from Customer Care into permanent regression coverage
  • Build and evolve QA tooling, and help drive how AI is adopted in testing across Podimo
  • Actively contribute to the QA community by sharing practices and raising standards across teams

Requirements

  • You’ve used AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar to build, test, or automate something.
  • Test automation experience on at least one platform (web or mobile). You don't need to know all of them - you need to know one well enough to learn the next
  • API testing basics: you can hit an endpoint, read responses, and spot issues
  • Strong communication in English

Benefits

  • Up to six months of fully paid parental leave for all new parents - no matter your gender and no matter where in the world you live
  • Participation in our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program). You'll own a piece of what we're building
  • Learning and development budget, including AI tools, courses, and conferences.
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid setup
  • The chance to make an impact at an international company. You'll see your work pay off.
  • Free daily lunch with great colleagues in the office
