Responsibilities
- Project forecasting and pipeline management
- Managing multiple projects at various stages, coordinating with regional and central teams for efficient labour organisation
- Creating and aligning programme of works to ensure continuity with customer requirements
- Capturing variations and ensure project cost vs budget is reported
- Creating O&M Manuals
- Liaising with site owners and stakeholders to ensure delivery meets high standards and achieves desired outcomes
- Fostering a culture of Health, Safety, and Quality; manage project-related Health & Safety aspects
- H&S File Coordination- including creation of RAMS and CPP
- Evaluating our performance against key KPIs and constantly seek to improve our performance
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a Project Management role
- Experience managing a variety of projects varying in degrees of complexity
- An understanding of Electrical Building Services installations
- Previous experience of managing commercial installations, small and large, with civil and electrical elements using both in house and subcontract field teams
- Excellent communicator, ability to lead and demonstrate best practices
- Fantastic stakeholder management skills
- Keen focus on Health and Safety
- Analytical skills
