About the role

• Commercial Asset Manager Sr leading asset management teams across portfolios or territories at PNC. Responsible for developing strategies, managing risks, and achieving performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall direction and goals of the group
• Manages a team of asset professionals, including managers and workout activities for multiple portfolios or territories
• Reviews and approves strategies submitted by the team
• Provides guidance and may offer alternative strategies
• Oversees workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses
• Drafts, enhances and complies with policies, procedures and regulations
• Builds relationships across PNC and the broader industry, including regulators
• Develops and communicates mission, goals, values and strategic direction in order to facilitate the market's understanding of how credit/workout objectives support the overall companywide objectives
• Represents the business unit in business segment and senior leadership meetings
• Provides coaching and leadership to develop team members
• Develops and meets key performance objectives
• Manages budget
