Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Agentforce solutions aligned with business and operational objectives
- Build and optimize autonomous agent workflows, actions, topics, intents, and decision-making processes
- Leverage Apex, Flow, APIs, Einstein AI, Copilot and Prompt Builder to enhance agent intelligence and automation
- Integrate Agentforce across Salesforce clouds and with external systems
- Deploy multi-channel agent interactions including chat, email, SMS and voice
- Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize agent performance to ensure efficiency and user satisfaction
- Maintain data governance, integrity, compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, governance frameworks and best practices for Agentforce solutions
Requirements
- More than 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on automation and integrations
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
- Practical experience building or supporting Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or AI-driven Salesforce use cases
- Experience with Prompt Builder and Data Cloud integration
- Skills configuring topics, mapping intents, and analyzing agents
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in fast-paced, agile environments
- Passion for hands-on development while building intelligent, scalable automation solutions
