About the role
- Senior Budget Analyst developing budget templates and collaborating with healthcare teams at Planned Parenthood. Ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency in budget management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain budget templates
- Collaborate with Health Center Operations on the development, management and oversight of healthcare programs and clinics
- Perform Budget to Actual variance analysis, highlighting reasons for variances
- Prepare financial statements by health center location and related variance analysis
- Identify and monitor key KPI’s, including PPFA Scorecard items
Requirements
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with progressive experience in budgeting, financial planning or healthcare finance, preferably within a nonprofit or public-sector healthcare organization.
- Ability to work Hybrid at either a NYC location or Schenectady, NY.
