Responsibilities
New customer acquisition: Identify and win new customers, particularly at professional congresses and industry events, and conduct initial conversations about possible uses of Pitchview.
Presentations & consulting: Run virtual product demos and conduct advisory meetings with marketing, sales and digital teams in the Pharma and MedTech sectors.
Account management: Manage existing customers, identify opportunities for expansion projects and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Onboarding & training: Support new customers during their onboarding with Pitchview, deliver trainings and workshops, and assist with implementation.
Proposal creation & negotiation: Prepare tailored proposals and lead contract negotiations through to successful closure.
Requirements
Experience in account management, sales or customer success, ideally in a digital or life-science environment
Enjoy engaging with people — whether at conferences, in video calls or during follow-up
Confident presence, strong communication skills and consulting ability
Structured, independent work style and enthusiasm for taking on responsibility
Very good German and English skills
