Responsibilities
Lead the rebuild of Pipedrive’s people analytics foundation using modern tools and automation
Blend hands-on data work with high-impact strategic partnership
Partner with C-level leaders to translate workforce data into insights that inform business decisions
Design the metrics and tracking systems for our company-wide AI-native transformation
Mentor and guide a team of experienced analysts
Own the delivery of insights that support workforce planning, organizational health and future growth
Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics solutions align with business needs
Help Pipedrive grow by delivering actionable, data-driven recommendations
Requirements
At least seven years of experience in people analytics or a related data leadership role
Proven ability to design and scale people analytics systems from the ground up
Strong technical skills with SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau and AWS
A passion for blending technical execution with business impact
The capability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives
Experience mentoring and developing analytics teams
A strategic mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality
A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
Extreme attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Fluency in English
