Responsibilities
Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple concurrent customer projects and programmes.
Manage internal technical teams and external vendors, ensuring optimal allocation and utilisation of resources.
Lead customer engagement activities, including meetings, workshops, and webinar scheduling.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, SOPs, and reporting to support smooth delivery and resource visibility.
Monitor workloads, availability, and escalations, working closely with senior management and other project leads.
Ensure adherence to delivery standards, processes, and Microsoft funding requirements.
Manage operational tasks such as expenses, invoicing, and overtime approvals.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar resource management / scheduling role within a fast-paced work environment.
Good grasp of project management principles.
Strong resource planning and coordination skills.
Experience managing technical teams and external vendors across multiple projects.
Good working knowledge of PRINCE2 principles, delivery processes, and structured project methodologies.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Highly organised and detail-driven.
