About the role

  • People Leader Partner responsible for executing Global People Strategy at a health tech company. Collaborating with leaders to enhance talent management and organizational capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with People leaders to ensure organizational capability by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Conduct exit interviews for select critical roles and incorporate feedback into team priorities.
  • Provide coaching to People Leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities.
  • Enable People Leaders to drive impactful performance management aligned with global philosophy and local guidelines.
  • Ensure leaders adhere to directions from People Partner teams in various countries.
  • Manage medium complex environments in terms of number and diverse set of businesses/functions and/or countries served.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in People Partnering or a similar role, preferably in a regional or global environment.
  • Knowledge/experience with HR Processes including Performance Management, Organizational Design, Capability Development.
  • Excellent stakeholder and change management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate the impact.
  • Experience in strategy implementation and continuous improvement processes.
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
