Responsibilities
Partner with People leaders to ensure organizational capability by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Requirements
3-5 years of experience in People Partnering or a similar role, preferably in a regional or global environment.
Knowledge/experience with HR Processes including Performance Management, Organizational Design, Capability Development.
Excellent stakeholder and change management.
Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate the impact.
Experience in strategy implementation and continuous improvement processes.
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
