About the role

  • People Administrator at Arriva focusing on Data Subject Access Requests and providing HR administrative support. Joining a leading transport provider in a supportive and inclusive HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all DSARs across HR
  • Track requests to ensure compliance with statutory deadlines
  • Use Microsoft Purview (eDiscovery & Content Search) to locate and extract data
  • Work with HR, IT, Payroll and wider stakeholders to gather information
  • Review and redact sensitive data in line with GDPR requirements
  • Maintain clear records and audit trails
  • Identify and escalate risks or complex cases
  • Continuously improve DSAR processes and documentation

Requirements

  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience managing administrative processes or casework to deadlines
  • Understanding of GDPR or data protection principles (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Exposure to systems such as Microsoft Purview or similar
