Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all DSARs across HR
Track requests to ensure compliance with statutory deadlines
Use Microsoft Purview (eDiscovery & Content Search) to locate and extract data
Work with HR, IT, Payroll and wider stakeholders to gather information
Review and redact sensitive data in line with GDPR requirements
Maintain clear records and audit trails
Identify and escalate risks or complex cases
Continuously improve DSAR processes and documentation
Requirements
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
Experience managing administrative processes or casework to deadlines
Understanding of GDPR or data protection principles (or willingness to learn quickly)
Exposure to systems such as Microsoft Purview or similar
