Responsibilities
Serve as the trusted supply chain partner to key customer accounts
Drive joint improvement plans to enhance service, cost, and inventory performance
Lead digital and Lean transformation efforts using data to identify process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Sales, Order Management, Finance, Logistics, and 3PLs
Champion operational excellence by aligning strategy with execution and optimizing material flows
Requirements
7+ years of experience in supply chain operations
Background in customer collaboration, demand/supply planning or S&OE considered a plus
Skills in strategic customer collaboration, customer service management, cross-functional project leadership, and Lean principles
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficient in SAP, Blue Yonder, and other planning tools
Project Management or Lean certification is preferred
