- Supply Chain Analyst managing Transfer Planning processes at Martin Brower. Involved in distribution planning and inventory management with key clients like McDonald's and Subway.
Responsibilities
- Management of Transfer Planning processes;
- Distribution requirement planning;
- Monitoring and adjustments;
- Alignment and meetings with operations and internal clients;
- Responsible for planning transfers, following replenishment assumptions;
- Creation, modification and analysis of STs (transfer requests);
- Sending vehicle requirements;
- Building optimized load compositions, following operational assumptions;
- Follow-up – order transfers, deliveries and analysis of daily receipts;
- Improvement studies for load and operation optimization;
- Daily monitoring and control of inventories and product movements between DCs (distribution centers);
- Product demand analysis, ensuring inventory levels remain healthy;
- Monitoring of cutoff/reorder levels and pursuing resolutions for product shortages;
- Updating and tracking Supply Chain indicators;
- Monitoring and validating KPIs and dashboards;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related areas;
- Advanced Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills);
- Data analysis capabilities and scenario modeling;
- Knowledge of ERP and DRP systems;
- Knowledge of S&OP processes;
- Knowledge of logistics operational routines and load optimization;
- Experience as a Supply Planner or Transfer Planner is desirable;
- Advanced English is considered a plus;
