About the role
- Systemadministrator for installation and maintenance of Windows and macOS systems. Handling first-level support requests and ensuring smooth communication within teams.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of our Windows 11 and macOS workstation systems, which are managed via Microsoft Intune
- You receive and reliably process employee requests as part of first-level support
- You analyse system faults using our monitoring system and forward relevant information to the responsible teams
- You work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of user issues
- You create and maintain technical documentation and manuals for the systems you support.
Requirements
- A completed IT qualification or the motivation, as an experienced hire or career changer, to master complex IT challenges
- Ideally several years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly and understandably
- Solid knowledge in supporting Windows and macOS workstation systems as well as in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Experience in supporting and administering applications such as Jira, Confluence or comparable systems
- Enjoy working in a team and the willingness to take on tasks independently and in a structured manner
- Very good German language skills and English skills at least at B1 level.
