- Demonstrate experience designing Conversational UX (chat and/or voice)
- Demonstrate experience designing Agentic AI workflows
- Strong experience in managing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Expertise in leading design strategy and execution for digital products
- A robust portfolio demonstrating experience with system-level design thinking
- Expertise in accessibility and inclusive design
