About the role

• Product Manager developing AI and data-driven digital products at Pfizer by creating MVPs through collaboration with Commercial stakeholders and engineers. Focused on innovation and aligning product vision with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by working with Commercial business stakeholders and engineers to translate prioritized business opportunities into rapid prototypes and MVPs
• Establish clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders to align priorities, gather feedback, and adapt solutions
• Lead the development of AI and data-driven digital products through rapid prototyping and MVP-first approaches
• Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes of MVP launches
• Oversee the creation of user stories, prototypes, and wireframes that reflect user-centric design principles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on rapid prototyping, MVP development, and agile delivery
• Proven success in launching MVPs and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics
• Deep understanding of lean product development, agile methodologies, and user-centered design
• Experience working in fast-paced environments where speed and adaptability are critical
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders around MVP goals and outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority through ambiguity and deliver high-impact solutions quickly
• Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
