About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the Occupational Health and Safety function, ensuring execution and advancement of programs such as PGR, PCMSO and other area initiatives
- Monitor indicators, analyze scenarios and direct actions that strengthen a prevention culture and reduce operational risks
- Work closely with leadership, supporting decision-making and risk management across stores, distribution centers and administrative areas
- Drive awareness initiatives, training and campaigns, promoting safer and healthier environments for all
- Manage occupational health partners and suppliers, ensuring quality, deadlines and alignment with business needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and applicable legislation, supporting audits and inspections when necessary
- Participate in the investigation of incidents and accidents, performing root cause analyses and implementing effective action plans to prevent recurrence
- Promote continuous improvement of processes, providing strategic vision and pursuing ongoing development of the area
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering with postgraduate qualification in Occupational Safety Engineering
- Active registration with CREA
- Experience managing teams and working in Occupational Health and Safety
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and labor legislation
- Leadership profile, strong communication skills and strategic vision
