Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience developing liquid manufacturing processes
- Solid understanding of business administration and proven project management skills
- Hands-on experience with lab-scale setups, scale-up activities, trials, and validation runs
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in German and English
- Flexible, pragmatic, and able to manage a diverse range of tasks independently
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and TrackWise is a plus
- Familiarity with GMP and QMS; experience in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or medical device industries is advantageous
