Responsibilities
Driving the commercial strategy and execution of Branded and Own Label products
Ownership for defining where to play & how to win by leading the organisation
Responsible for setting business goals & priorities in annual planning
Direct responsibility for P&L management on the brands & categories
Reporting to Cluster and Global leadership teams on initiative performance
Own the commercial inputs into our Innovation plans
Enable the performance and nurture the development of Perrigo’s top talent
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years in Consumer Goods (FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, etc.)
Strong commercial experience in Sales, Commercial Strategy, Category Development or RGM
Proven P&L ownership with track record of achieving targets through collaboration
Managerial experience with success in coaching & developing talent
Some travel required (approx. 10-15%)
