- Support the Global Compliance Program
- Assist with the implementation, monitoring and further development of compliance processes, documentation and system updates

- Contribute to the drafting and review of compliance policies and processes
- Support the preparation of internal guidance and the handling of compliance inquiries
- Assist with internal compliance controls and monitoring activities
- Support monitoring of compliance effectiveness
- Assist in compliance case management, including document review and preparation of summaries
- Help develop compliance training materials and awareness content
- Support the organization of global meetings and workshops
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in compliance topics
- Effective communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and pay close attention to detail
- Integrity-driven working style and a willingness to learn
