About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of applications, including incident and change handling.
- Analyze technical requirements and contribute to the design of new solutions.
- Implement technical adjustments, system optimizations, and documentation in accordance with IT standards.
- Participate in IT projects (cloud, automation, application modernization), including deployment of new technologies and end-user training.
- Work closely with business units and IT teams and provide regular communication on status, risks, and progress.
- Maintain documentation, perform quality assurance, and continuously improve our IT standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent qualification
- Practical experience in application support (Application Support / 2nd Level) or technical support is desirable
- Structured, analytical working style and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills; team-oriented and customer-focused
- Good German and English language skills
- Flexibility for scheduled on-call duties
