About the role
- Oracle EBS OTC QA Analyst validating end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash business flows across Oracle EBS. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure process integrity and quality.
Responsibilities
- Validate OTC business flows across Oracle EBS during enhancements, fixes, integrations, and rollouts
- Work closely with business users to understand real‑world scenarios
- Close collaboration with support and development teams
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
- Support UAT cycles, defect triage, and sign‑off readiness
- Ensure test coverage across warehouse, shipping, AR, and billing scenarios
- Exposure to UiPath RPA for QA or operational automation, such as regression test execution and test data setup and cleanup
- Identify QA processes suitable for automation
- Work with automation teams to design and validate UiPath test bots
Requirements
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes
- Exposure to test automation using UiPath
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS modules such as Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory, Accounts Receivable
- Test strategy, test planning, and execution for functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and UAT support
- Strong defect lifecycle management and root cause analysis collaboration
- Experience in audit‑controlled or SOX environments is a plus
- Familiarity with test management tools (ALM, Jira, Zephyr, etc.) is a plus
- Basic understanding of EBS tables and queries for validation is a plus
