Responsibilities
Using a fulfillment calendar, daily shipments and returns are processed.
Printing and binding, shipping and tracking of paper exams.
Triage shared email box and create and track implementation plans for non-standard accommodation requests.
Requirements
Must be able to work in the office 3 to 5 days a week
Requires excellent English writing and speaking skills
Ability to write clear and accurate computer-based correspondence to internal and external customers
Good working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases and computer applications
Requires the ability to multitask, work with interruptions and use critical thinking skills
Must be able to show empathy and understanding towards candidates with disabilities
