Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in computer technology or a related discipline
- 8 years of progressive experience in a related field
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on proactive solutions
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work and delegate simple tasks
- Results-oriented and has project management experience
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Must be able to lift up to 23kgs (50 lbs) as part of regular job duties.
