About the role
- Procurement Junior Specialist supporting procurement operations and vendor management in international organization. Opportunity for hands-on experience in both operational and analytical aspects of procurement.
Responsibilities
- Support operational procurement processes, including shopping cart validation and purchase order administration.
- Maintain and update vendor master data, including onboarding and approvals.
- Act as the main point of contact for Business Owners regarding procurement processes.
- Assist in reporting, spend analysis, and supplier performance tracking.
- Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
- First experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, administration or related area.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite ) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Business-level proficiency in English (minimum B2).
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in procurement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
