Responsibilities

Track key social media metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize content performance.
Prepare regular reports on engagement, follower growth, and campaign success.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to multitask.
Experience in the construction, paving, or B2B industry is a plus.
