About the role
- Product Designer focusing on UX design for B2C products at Papernest. Collaborating with Product Management to create user-centric designs and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Management team: advise product managers about what methods to adopt, co-create user flow, participate in workshops with our stakeholders ;
- Delivery and conception: deliver mockups and prototypes, animate prototypes, present developers with mockups and review the design, evaluate existing product / sites, contribute to updates on the UI kit ;
- User research: Prepare user research guide, lead user interviews, analyze user interviews, design mockups ;
- User testing: Prepare user test guide, lead user testing, analyze user test results, iterate as a result of user testing.
Requirements
- You have 2-3 years of UX design experience ;
- You possess a product design/UX portfolio ;
- You are familiar with and have applied UX design methodology (research, conception, user test, iteration) ;
- You are able to work on different products at the same time and you understand user pain points ;
- You can lead user interviews and user testing and have experience with UX audit ;
- You are used to working collaboratively with other designers, the development team, and product team in general ;
- You have experience working with Figma ;
- You are familiar with auto-layout, component, variant, design system, etc. ;
- You have previous digital experience working with B2C products.
