Responsibilities
- Full Ownership: You own the P&L and KPIs for your business line. From driving sales growth to boosting CSAT, the buck starts and ends with you.
- Deep Dive Analysis: Use SQL and Google Sheets to dissect performance, identify bottlenecks, and deploy action plans.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: You are the glue. You’ll coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure everyone is aligned with the FR business plan.
- Innovate and Iterate: Proactively seek improvements, test new ideas, and share learnings to help the team evolve.
- Mentor and Learn: Provide constructive feedback to peers, embrace growth opportunities, and encourage a culture of continuous development.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a related field, where you've developed strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive impact.
