- Ensure sprints are prioritized, sized, and delivered
- Lead recruitment and training for your team
- Monitor and challenge team delivery
- Ensure overall quality by implementing processes and conducting code reviews
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in backend or software engineering using Python
- Previous experience managing a mid-size team
- Experience designing and implementing data engineering architectures
- Experience setting up self-managed infrastructure (AI architecture is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; fluency in French is a plus
