About the role
- Business Strategy Analyst supporting growth of the new business unit at papernest. Involving financial models and strategic decisions to enhance business performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide quantitative analyses to steer strategic decisions
- Develop accurate financial models (Business plans, unit economics, cash flow…) and define commercial offers
- Propose concrete, practicable initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the implementation of the initiatives
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in an analytical-heavy role, preferably in Corporate Finance (TS, Business modeling/valuation, FP&A, M&A…), Consulting (Strategy, Audit…)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Economics
- Understanding of energy retail market is a plus
- Excellent business sense and modeling skills (Excel/Sheets)
- High accountability and attention to detail
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish is required, French is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, experience in dashboarding are a plus
