Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new strategic partnerships with a hunter mindset, focusing on building a partner portfolio.
Identify business opportunities within the payments ecosystem, evaluating strategic fit and growth potential.
Support the structuring and negotiation of commercial partnerships, including white-label models where applicable.
Lead new business initiatives and projects end-to-end (E2E), ensuring alignment and execution across internal teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact between partners and internal teams (Product, Commercial/Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Finance).
Build and maintain relationships with partners, monitor performance and propose continuous improvements.
Prepare analyses, presentations, and partnership performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in new business development, commercial partnerships, or account management.
Experience in the payments market or B2B financial services.
Hunter profile, with strong proactive prospecting and negotiation skills.
Experience working by projects and interfacing with multiple teams/stakeholders.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
Availability to travel and to work on-site 3x per week in the Faria Lima area.
