About the role
- Responsible for producing and managing photos and videos for PACCO's branding and e-commerce. Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure high-quality audiovisual content production.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review and align strategic briefings and photo/video production scopes.
- Organize photo and video workflows with multiple supplier profiles.
- Plan visual concepts and create moodboards in alignment with Social Media, Copywriting and Public Relations teams, coordinating formats, schedules and budgets.
- Create and follow internal processes, workflows and checklists.
- Research vendors, creative concepts and digital formats.
- Continuously coordinate the receipt of products and brand materials with International Trade and Logistics teams.
- Prepare execution, delivery and rework schedules to anticipate risks.
- Select, negotiate with and manage suppliers with a focus on quality and cost.
- Monitor end-to-end production logistics (setup, teardown, infrastructure).
- Supervise filming, photography, lighting and capture teams.
- Ensure premium recording standards and alignment with brand identity.
- Oversee and approve post-production deliverables (edits, tracks, animations, motion graphics, etc.).
- Align the team by structuring processes and best practices.
- Plan and control substantial budgets, prepare reports and measure KPIs.
- Map operational improvements and optimize processes, ensuring technical, legal and safety compliance.
- Mentor the team, implementing processes and best practices.
- Present projects, proposals, results and metrics.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Audiovisual or related fields.
- Previous experience as an audiovisual producer and in overseeing post-production (photo and editing).
- Experience producing photos and videos for e-commerce and social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Availability to attend shoots, audiovisual productions, day shoots and events.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with editing platforms and AI tools.
- Strong organization and efficient delivery workflows.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Refined aesthetic sensibility for creation, editing and digital trends.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to negotiate costs and deadlines.
