About the role

Senior Controller creating corporate planning and forecasts for OXG Glasfaser GmbH. Analyzing business development and preparing reports for stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to the preparation of the company-wide planning and regular rolling forecasts.
You define financial and performance-related KPIs and areas of analysis, coordinate data collection, and independently develop recommended courses of action.
You analyze our business performance and derive proposed measures from these analyses.
In addition, you prepare the corresponding reports and decision-making materials for various stakeholders such as management, capital providers and business units.
You support the various business units on all commercial and financial matters.
You actively contribute your expertise to projects and ensure that controlling requirements and perspectives are taken into account during planning and implementation.
You manage the main controlling processes and ensure smooth alignment of requirements with other company departments.
Continuous improvement of our controlling tools and systems is also part of your responsibilities.

You are characterized by a structured approach to numbers and complex matters, along with a strong quality awareness.
Your independent working style, very good conceptual skills, pronounced analytical and strategic thinking, and methodological competence are among your strengths.
You are experienced in independently understanding complex issues, simplifying them and communicating them appropriately to the target audience in German and English (B2).
You have several years of professional experience (ideally around five years or more) in controlling or controlling-related functions, for example in a corporate or consulting environment.
Ideally, you have already worked with SAP S/4HANA.
Ideally, you have had exposure to infrastructure projects and integrated planning models.
A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification completes your profile.
