About the role
- Technical Program Manager to bridge Taipei engineering hub and global hardware partners for AI cameras. Driving cross-functional programs and managing hardware partnerships in a high-impact role.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of hardware and software projects (e.g., custom camera builds with Advantech, Jetpack 6 rollouts).
- Hold ODMs and vendors accountable to design milestones, prototype schedules, and lead-time planning.
- Lead field release programs, coordinating staged rollouts and maintenance windows with our applications team.
- Join technical deep-dives and QBRs with APAC customers. You’ll translate customer needs into engineering reality.
- Act as the "connective tissue" between our teams in Taipei, China, and San Francisco.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in TPM or Engineering Project Management (Hardware/Embedded experience is a must)
- A track record of pushing ODMs/vendors to deliver on time without sacrificing quality.
- Ability to read Datasheets and BOMs. You don’t need to be an EE, but you must be credible when talking to engineers.
- Fluent Mandarin and strong professional English are required to navigate our global offices.
- Willingness to travel to China/customer sites (~once every two months).
