About the role
- Product Owner managing the platform roadmap for IoT solutions within a technology company. Engaging with stakeholders and ensuring delivery of robust product increments in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Ownership für unsere Plattform-Roadmap: priorisierst Anforderungen, orchestrierst Teams und sorgst dafür, dass komplexe Technik in belastbare Produktinkremente übersetzt wird
- Roadmap-Ownership: Ziele, Epics und Releases definieren, priorisieren, transparent machen
- Stakeholder-Management: Feedback aus Vertrieb, Customer Excellence, Embedded Systems, Product, Platform & Kunden systematisch einsammeln und verdichten
- Planung & Delivery: Backlog pflegen, Refinements/ Plannings moderieren, Abhängigkeiten managen, Wertströme stabil halten
- Product Board: Vorbereitung und Teilnahme inkl. KPI-/Business-Case-Unterlagen; Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management/ Investoren
- Discovery & Qualität: Hypothesen, Scoping, Akzeptanzkriterien, Go-Live-Checklisten; kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozess & Tooling
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner/ Produktmanager in technisch geprägten Umfeldern (Plattform/IoT/SaaS)
- Verstehen von embedded-nahen Produkten und deren Entwicklungszyklen; Schnittstellen- und Systemdenken
- Starke Priorisierungs- und Strukturierungsfähigkeit; Ownership für Roadmaps und Outcomes
- Sicher in agilen Arbeitsweisen (Scrum/Kanban/hybride Modelle), pragmatisch statt dogmatisch
- Kommunikationsstärke in alle Richtungen (Tech, Business, Management); Deutsch C1, Englisch B2
- Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Präsenz in Alzenau (kein Full-Remote)
