- Conducting training sessions and providing customer support
Requirements
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician, IT systems electronics technician, electrical technician, or equivalent
- Experience commissioning complex mechatronic systems, reading electrical schematics, and connecting electrical equipment
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and international experience desirable
- Ability to work independently and a confident manner when dealing with customers
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 85%)
