Responsibilities
Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to the assigned regions to achieve revenue growth and market expansion goals.
Identify opportunities and new verticals for Optasia’s products and services, driving adoption across diverse markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including telcos, mobile wallet operators, partners and Financial Institutes/Banks.
Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the successful pitching and delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform strategy and maintain Optasia’s competitive edge.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports for the executive leadership team, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Work cross divisions to prepare all the needed documents as: Presentations, Business Cases, Service Descriptions, or any other document.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and Business Development roles
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the financial technology or telecommunications sector.
Able to establish a strong network and relationships within the region’s banking, fintech, or telecommunications industries.
