About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between users and development teams.
- Price products and proactively propose new trading techniques.
- Develop decision-support tools for the Front Office (traders, sales, and structurers).
- Develop automated trading systems.
- Apply development standards (clean code, software craftsmanship, TDD, BDD, etc.).
- Participate in project follow-up meetings according to Agile Scrum methodology.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java backend development and Angular or React on the front end.
- Good command of English and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, dynamic attitude.
