Responsibilities

• You will work on development projects in the fields of audio and communications technology and shape the technological direction of new products.
• You will develop RF system architectures for mixed-signal transmit and receive circuits and ensure their technical and production-ready implementation.
• You will analyze product requirements, derive specifications, and develop innovative solution concepts.
• You will create test plans, validate in the laboratory, and derive concrete optimizations from field data.
• You will independently carry out RF design validations — from measurement strategy to evaluation.
• You will program in C and C++ in RTOS or bare-metal environments.
• You will automate RF tests with Python to improve development cycles and test quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in RF design.
• Excellent knowledge of RF signal processing down to baseband.
• Focus on analog high-frequency electronics, complemented by mixed-signal and digital experience.
• Demonstrable experience in the design, development, and measurement validation of RF systems.
• Solid knowledge of Python and C++ as well as experience with automation.
• Practical experience in productization and certification/approval of radio systems.
• Knowledge of wireless communication technologies such as 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or DECT is an advantage.
• Ability to take technical leadership of projects or teams; combined with assertiveness and solution orientation.
• Passion for technical challenges, paired with team spirit in an agile environment.
• Very good written and spoken English for documentation and collaboration in multinational teams.
