About the role

• Software Engineer building products & systems for OnePay's financial services platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and solving complex financial data problems.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with other engineers to ship code. We enjoy collaboration and partnering on hard problems.
• Building and maintaining documentation. As a growing and remote organization, having the necessary docs are key to our success.
• Solving complex problems that arise at scale. We deal with real-world money movement, sensitive financial data at scale, and are creating novel financial mechanics with no real precedent.

Requirements

• 7-10 years professional experience building, shipping — and growing — non-trivial products & services.
• Passion for your craft and care for the people you work with. You value quality across code, communication, and culture.
