About the role
- Intern assisting the CAE team with Python programming and data analysis for automotive testing. Involves GUI creation and machine learning tasks with potential occasional office meetings.
Responsibilities
- Write Python code to search and organize results from multiple databases
- Create a GUI search engine to extract pertinent data from databases
- Utilize machine learning to filter data using Python code
- Create algorithm to train AI to search databases for relevant data
- Collect data from Lab test request system and organize data into a readable format to create SN Curves
- May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description
Requirements
- 2nd or 3rd year level student
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences at university with a minimum 2.8 GPA
- Can work remotely, may require an occasional on-site meeting (very infrequent)
- Python Programming experience is a must
- AI and machine learning experience preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of databases
