Responsibilities
- Contribute to the accuracy and smooth execution of the group's accounting operations.
- Issue customer invoices using our commercial management tools.
- Allocate incoming payments and perform reconciliation of customer accounts (payment matching).
- Record supplier invoices and perform reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and record expense reports.
- Work closely with operations teams, support functions, and management.
Requirements
- Minimum of an associate degree (Bac +2) in accounting or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Comfortable with accounting systems, commercial management software, and Excel.
- Recognized for your attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
