Responsibilities
- Implement timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting packages
- Recommend and implement processes to streamline and improve sales reporting/analytics
- Maintain accurate CRM system with timely responses to requests
- Engage and lead ad hoc projects/analysis as needed
- Identify areas of improvement and develop a path to achieve
- Develop proper documentation of all processes
- Assist on the variable compensation process for the commercial team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration
- 3+ years related experience that includes business analysis/reporting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (able to build models, utilize pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Must be able to present analysis to sales leadership in a clear manner
- Ability to manage own workload efficiently and prioritize objectives
- Experience with SFDC is preferred
