About the role

Responsibilities
- We are seeking a professional with deep knowledge of credit policies for vehicle financing portfolios who has:
- Advanced analytical capability for data-driven decision-making and the ability to develop and implement strategies that improve the quality of credit decisions. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key credit indicators (delinquency, approval rates, among others), performing swift diagnostics and proposing quick, accurate adjustments to policy according to portfolio behavior and market conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related fields;
- Experience with credit policies for vehicle financing;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of SQL;
- Advantage: experience with Python and Microsoft Fabric
