Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of programmes and projects by working collaboratively across the business
- Keep project running smoothly
- Takes full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project
- Ensures that realistic project plans are maintained and ensures regular and accurate communication to stakeholders
- Adopts appropriate project management methods and tools
- Manages change control procedure and ensures project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets
- Provides effective leadership to the project team and takes appropriate action when team performance deviates from agreed tolerances
- Monitors benefits against what was predicted in the business case
Requirements
- Experience and skills of managing IT projects using Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
- Desirable experience of delivering IT software related Projects
- Experience with a range of Licensing, CRM, HR and Finance, Website systems and Azure DevOps
- Experience planning, monitoring, controlling and communicating financial information
- Confident at building and managing constructive working relationships
- Strong organisational, planning and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience delivering results in fast-paced environments
- Proactive in identifying and addressing issues
- Experience with PRINCE 2 Practitioner, MSP, APMP or equivalent Agile Scrum Master or other relevant Agile training
