Responsibilities
Empower Marketing and Sales teams with actionable insights across the funnel, considering the full journey for prospective students.
Own the development and maintenance of KPI reporting in Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets and Excel.
Evaluate marketing initiatives and investments to measure impact on acquisition metrics, including CPA and student growth.
Partner with all areas of Marketing to set rules and processes for data capture in all channels and play a central role in assuring data quality.
Support the Performance Marketing team with analysis and inputs for bid strategies across paid channels, and collaborate on post-campaign analysis.
Contribute to KPI development, governance, and knowledge sharing by documenting definitions, processes, and best practices.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and explore new tools and data sources to enhance marketing analytics capabilities.
Requirements
Experience working with marketing data sets (e.g. Google Analytics), ideally in B2B or industries with longer customer journeys (e.g. financial services, education).
Skilled in querying databases with SQL or Python languages.
Strong attention to detail and highly analytical mindset.
Proven ability to deliver insights that influence big-picture goals, not just BAU tasks.
Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, prioritising work and managing expectations.
A proactive problem-solver who can take a brief, think critically, and flag opportunities and risks.
Thoughtful about how insights are communicated, especially data visualisation best practices.
Passionate about education and curious about emerging trends, skills and technologies.
