About the role

Senior Software Developer specializing in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for client digital transformation. Collaborating on innovative applications with Microsoft Power Platform and engaging in customer workshops.

Responsibilities

You analyze our clients' complex business processes and impress them by developing customized and creative solutions based on Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service).
By analyzing specific requirements, you discover innovative ways to digitize customer processes and develop corresponding applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
You act as the technical contact for our clients and are responsible for the design, development, and quality assurance of D365 solutions.
You demonstrate a confident and professional presence in client workshops and presentations.
You support the sales team with your expertise in effort estimation and the feasibility of requirements and solutions.
You are part of a balanced project team of technical experts and business stakeholders with whom you discuss and design state-of-the-art architectures.

Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly the Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
Experience with enterprise software architectures and the ability to contribute your expertise during the concept phase, including beyond the D365 ecosystem.
Solid knowledge of extending modules using C# and JavaScript, and experience with plugins and workflows.
Very good German language skills (C1 level) and enjoyment of working in German-speaking project teams.
